Free Binaural Panning Vst

I’ve written a Binaural Panner VST plugin using algorithms described in the previous post. I used the popular JUCE C++ library (which is a no-brainer choice for writing VST plugins these days). JUCE doesn’t offer any API for FIR filtering so i needed to write fast convolution myself and for that I used kiss_fft which is a small, but quite fast FFT library. The GUI elements (like head icon) are hard-coded as C arrays. You can choose between 3 different HRTFs from the CIPIC database. There is a lot of room for optimization, for example crossfading between previous and next impulse response could be stopped at some point, interpolation could be done doing adjacent walk…but i wrote it as an experiment (I always wanted to make my own VST plugin someday!) so it’s not meant for any serious use. In the future, I plan to dive into Ambisonics, so I’ll probably include this HRTF panner as part of the ambisonics decoder plugin…I hope to have more knowledge and experience with HRTFs by that time so I could create an average HRTF that sounds reasonable for most people and that’s when I’ll consider this plugin for serious use.

How to allow our plugins in new OSX operating systems from Apple

Our security system against unauthorized copy software it's not compatible with 'notarize' Apple's system, how they call their control system. This control system cannot guarantee by far that the programs are free from malware!
How to fix this problem:
Try to validate from Logic Pro > Preferences > Plugin Manager > select the plugin from list, check and Rescan Selection > result will fail.
For vst plugins, open your DAW (maybe require rescan plugins), this force your DAW to prompt this message:
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab the last line with 'was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer', click Allow Anyway
Rescan the plugin or open the DAW again then confirm Open when the warning prompt reappears.

Audio Spectrum Converter

Lot of research has been done on therapeutic waves coming out of the audio spectrum or having frequencies too high to be supported by the human ear. For example, Hulda Clark clinically tested some frequencies at 30KHz
We made a converter based on the octave unison principle to find the series of harmonics that have about the same effects on the organs of the human body.

I made a few presets based on the frequencies used to the Monroe Institute in the Hemi-Sync program.
- Focus 03 - prepares your body to focus 10
- Focus 10 - brain awake, body asleep
- Focus 12 - expanded awareness, in the mood to head out and explore
- Focus 15 - no time, 3 hours seems like 2 minutes
- Focus 21 - alternate energy systems, bridge into worlds with non-human entities

Interesting Plugins, but...

You have some serious problems with the UI.
1. The Base Frequency Knob is extremely difficult to dial in a specific frequency. You need to allow users to type in the exact frequency they want.
2. Why do you not allow midi input from the keyboard in order to determine the base frequency. This would make the plugin SO much easier to use.
These problems are present on both Binaural and Isochronic. I'd suggest you fix both if you actually want people to use these plugins in a serious way.
