Innovage Digital Photo Keychain Software

Hi. I have an Innovage Digital Photo Keychain & Mac OS X 10.4.11. I downloaded Stuffit Expander so that I could download the photo viewer software. I have the 'Digital Photo Keychain Software.stix' icon on my desktop. I double clicked the icon and a 'Digital Photo Keychain' folder popped up on my desktop. Within the folder, there is a 'PC_AP_setup.exe' icon and a 'Photo Viewer Uninstall.pkg'. When I double click the setup icon, a 'Convert File' window pops up with a selection of quite a few programs to choose from. I can't seem to run the setup. Any advice on what to do?

015 I bought this for my sister--the software didn't load--she call 800#--they gave website to download software--she still couldn't get anything so gave up and gave it back to me. I downloaded (?) software--charged item, etc. still get message of 'no photo viewer found--program terminated' My computer says program size is 3.54MB--I thought download somewhere said size was more like 1075--I downloaded, removed and tried again. Nothing happens when trying to download from the mscustomercare.com site.Any ideas?015

However, when I plug in the keychain (USB) to charge it before downloading my pics to it, it is not being recognized as being plugged in. Answer (1 of 3): Well, first off, you will need the software which you can download from here.Thing to note are: - make sure the keychain is fully charged and not in charge mode. unzip and then install the software and drivers while the keychain is connected to your PC. Found that on another site - after I had the same trouble - this software really works - updated the pic frame in no time :)
IT IS an easy fix...uninstall the Picture Viewer that you got from the Disc they gave...Throw it away. Go to www.mscustomercare.com at the top of the keychain section, it says 'download'.............. THIS version works.
